Staging

Pricing

The right pricing strategy from the beginning results in a faster and more profitable sale.  A brand new listing is shown more and generally sells for a higher price than older listings.  Prospective buyers begin to wonder why older listings haven’t sold.  I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis showing properties with similar amenities that have sold and are currently on the market to find the right listing price for your home.

Negotiating the Sale and Closing

Once you receive an offer on your home, I will be with you every step of the way through negotiations and closing.  We will discuss the positives and negatives of each offer and find one where you are comfortable with all of the terms.  From the acceptance of the offer, I will take care of all of the paperwork and documents.  I will be by your side through inspections and appraisals and negotiate on your behalf to net you as much as possible from the sale.
